The Period Cup is reusable, can be easily cleaned with water and is not noticeable with practiced use. Size S holds 8 ml, is 4.5 cm without stem and 6.1 cm high and has a diameter of 3.8 cm.
Recommendation: Suitable for people who have a very light bleeding.

Size M holds 13 ml, is 4.8 cm without the stem and 6.65 cm high and has a diameter of 4.1 cm.
Recommendation: Suitable for people who have not given birth and are under 30 years old.

Size L holds 16 ml, is 5.3 cm without the stem and 6.95 cm high and has a diameter of 4.4 cm.
Recommendation: Suitable for people who have given birth or are over 30 years old.

Size XL holds 20 ml, is 5.7 cm without stem and 7.2 cm high and has a diameter of 4.7 cm. Recommendation: Suitable for people who have medium to very heavy bleeding.
