If you haven't received an invoice yet, there are usually two reasons. Either your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse or our invoice has ended up in your spam folder. The invoices are only created automatically and sent to you when the goods leave our warehouse. If you have only recently ordered, we would ask you to be patient. However, if your order is already a few working days old and you don't have a message from us in your spam folder either, please contact our support team via the contact form or by email to support@wingguard.de .

You can enter your voucher code in the “Voucher code” field during your purchase process. By clicking on "Redeem voucher" the discount will be deducted automatically.
