With our Livinguard Fitness product range, as with all of our other products, we pay particular attention to sustainability. It is particularly important to us that we give our customers the opportunity to use sustainable alternatives in all areas of life, instead of using products on a daily basis that can only be used once. Especially in sports, products are often used that are not designed for repeated use, which means that they are thrown away and thus create unnecessary waste.
Reusability for even greater sustainability
Especially during the pandemic, when a mask has become a daily companion for most people, it makes a lot of sense to pay attention to sustainability in this area. With conventional masks, it is often the case that after a single use during sports, they are so sweaty that they can hardly be used properly and they restrict breathing. Our Livinguard masks are extremely sustainable thanks to antibacterial technology , as they can be washed up to 30 times and reused for up to 210 days. This ensures that fewer resources are needed to protect you from diseases during your sport. In addition, thanks to the high level of comfort, they are comfortable to wear during sport and offer a good feeling of breath and excellent support even during sporting activities.
Away from single use
Furthermore, our goal is to completely move away from single-use products; but also to further develop products that are already available for multiple use and to increase their sustainability with innovative technologies.
Wear multiple times without washing
This is the case with our t-shirts and polo shirts, as they allow a top to be worn multiple times without having to wash it. Thanks to Livinguard's antibacterial and odor-neutralizing technology, they do not absorb odors even after repeated wear and therefore do not smell unpleasant after exercise. This means that the shirts can be used several times without being washed all the time. This saves both resources and detergents , which can have a negative impact on the environment.
